Hey all! I’m That Fat Guy and welcome to my Daily Weight Loss Vlog. I started my journey at 160.7kg (354lbs) in January 2020 and have since lost over 52kg! Please subscribe and like the video if you haven’t already.
☕ A little about me: ☕
Ever since I could remember, I was always the Fat one of the group. I grew up drinking soft drinks, eating fried foods and sweets in excess. I had a very poor relationship with food which only got worse over time. In short, I was the fat kid in school, the fat teen, the fat adult and since starting my family; the Fat Dad. I have been on MANY weight loss journeys in the past. Some were somewhat successful, but a majority were failures. Coming into the end of 2019, I was Fat, Depressed, Anxious, self-loathing and was in PRE-DIABETIC state. I decided that I needed to do something different to save my life and so I could be around for my daughter. Starting January 9 2020, I began my Daily vlog channel.
